Volunteers are the foundation of our organization. We need Volunteers for virtually every aspect of our shelter. Working with our animals, clerical and fundraising projects, adoption events or working at the DogHouse Thrift Shop.
Your Volunteer service will benefit our animals and the community in many ways!
You will be part of our mission in finding Forever Homes for our great pets!
It’s incredibly rewarding to see an animal you have worked with and loved find their Forever Home!

Unfortunately, some animals that are brought to us are too sick, too young, or not socialized enough to be adopted out immediately.
Fostering these animals give them a chance to become healthy, more mature, and socialized.
Foster Families take these animals into their home, providing a safe environment for them to mature, heal, or become socialized.
